1. It feels unattainable when its right in front of you.
2. It draws blood even when you try to caress it gently.
3. It leaves your stomach in knots even though it looks so appetizing.
4. It pounds your head against the pavement, long after you’ve given up the fight.
5. Its as cold as ice, and yet it always leaves you burned.
6. It casts  shadow over your usually sunny life.
7. It finds a way to creep into your house, and infest those around you.
8. It kills every high, shortens every buzz, and leaved you painfully sober.
9. It weighs you down when it supposed to lift you up.
10. IT FUCKING SUCKS.

-I’M BACK: my two month vacation/ get-a-way/ spiritual retreat/ journey of self-discovery was fucking incredible. Good for the mind and body (among other things). I’ll miss Blacksburg, but it feels oh so good to be home though!
